Know your Skin type

To apply cleanser, moisturizer, nourishing cream mask or skin tonners, it is necessary to recognize the skin type (normal, oily, dry or combination).

Here are some simple guides to recognizing each of them


Normal

It is soft and has natural polish skin type. And that’s because it is rare and is the skin that everyone wants to have, a perfect balance. Normal skin will have fine pore, looking radiant, smooth and hydrated preserving itself and does not need much of care.

Oily

Oily skin types are often found in youth because of their increase sebum hormones production. The skin would be shiny, especially in T-zone, pores are easily visible and often with pimples, blackheads and patches therefore, requires cleaning the skin and good eating habits.

Dry

In this case, it might looks great on youth showing a porcelain complexion because of the small poreclosed pores. This is due to lack of granite creating a smooth appearance. Over the years this can result in flaky, tight and opaque. Additional highlights are wrinkles. Proper care has to be taken, moisturize with protective cream.

Combination

Combination is perhaps the most frequent, oily skin in the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) and dry cheeks. It is convenient to bathe in cold water, then hot stimulates the sebaceous glands. It can be red or pink; ruptures of the capillaries, allergies and also suffers with climate change.

Sensitive

Talk to any agent cosmetic, stress, weather changes and even excessive cleaning. It often feels tight, irritated and cause discomfort. You may also have allergies, redness

Exercising during pregnancy may be beneficial for the health of mother and baby. Physical exercises will not only helps the mother to control her weight, but also to reduces the inconvenience characteristics of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

Can I exercise during pregnancy?

It is extremely important that the mother should consult the doctor before engaging in any physical activity. Generally, most pregnant women can start with a mild exercise without causing any misfortune.
However, there are some who cannot do physical activity because they have a high risk pregnancy, so they are prone to complications.

When can I start exercising?

After proper heath checkups with the doctor, with his/her approval the mother can start exercising very low intensity. As training progresses, you can slowly increase the physical pressure, but always careful not to make too much effort and that the exercise is smooth for childbirth.

What things should I keep in mind?

While exercising, there are a number of factors to be taken into account, not take any risks on the health of the mother and baby. To do this, one should wear proper clothes and shoes for exercise, and schedule the physical activity in the morning or evening, so that the temperature does not cause overheating or dehydrating.

It is very important that the mother should stay hydrated throughout the pregnancy cycle.

What are the most suitable exercises?

Swimming, stationary bicycling and walking are exercises under highly recommended for pregnant women impact because they are low-intensity activities in which the mother is not prone to injury.

What exercises can be dangerous?

The mother should not do any exercise that requires lifting (especially heavy weights). Also to be careful with the exercises in which you may likely to fall or injure yourself as contact of sports.
From the second trimester of pregnancy, the mother should avoid exercising while lying on your back, as well as standing for an extended period of time.

When to call the doctor?

If one suffers from bleeding or spotting, regular or painful contractions, or suffer from abdominal pain you should call your doctor immediately and stop exercising further.
